Smartphone Not Compatible

You will receive the Smartphone Not Compatible message if your phone OS or pump software is incompatible with the Tandem Mobi mobile app.

When your smartphone is not compatible with the Tandem Mobi mobile app, you will not be able to adjust insulin delivery or program your pump using the Tandem Mobi mobile app. Your pump will continue to operate as programmed. 

You will need to pair your pump with a compatible smartphone to be able to control the pump from your phone. Please see latest compatibility guidelines on our mobile compatibility page.
